1) Scope

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Spacefit.ai website(s) (the “Website”). They do not govern use of the Spacefit SaaS platform by customers under a signed agreement (MSA/Order Form and related documents).

2) No online subscription / Sales-led access

You cannot subscribe to the Spacefit service directly from the Website. Access to the Spacefit platform is provided only after you engage with our Sales team and enter into a written agreement.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Website or attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data at scale, including via automated means (bots, crawlers, or similar).
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Website.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through forms or the chatbot.

4) Intellectual property

The Website and its content (including text, visuals, logos, trademarks, and materials) are owned by or licensed to Spacefit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your internal business evaluation only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5) Submissions

If you submit information or files via the Website (forms, chatbot, or email links), you grant Spacefit a limited right to use that submission solely to evaluate your request and respond. This right does not extend beyond what is necessary to process your inquiry. Please do not submit confidential information unless we explicitly request it and appropriate safeguards are in place.

6) Third-party services

The Website uses third-party services, including HubSpot for chatbot and lead handling, and Apollo for website tracking and analytics. Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

7) Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We endeavour to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will be complete or current. The Website does not constitute professional, legal, architectural, or engineering advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct (dol), or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including French law), Spacefit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Website. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for gross negligence (faute lourde) or wilful misconduct (dol) under French law, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

9) Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Spacefit is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Website with a revised effective date.

11) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre, France, except where mandatory rules provide otherwise (including consumer protection rules where applicable).
